cpuminer-opt package for Debian/Ubuntu

This package will build an optimized (-march=native) binary on your own system. Everytime the package version or your GCC version or your hardware change, the wrapper script will detect the change and triggers a new build.
It also features a systemd script (with minimal resources impact) and a legacy script for easy system integration (not starting by default).
